| Enova’s school bus HybridPower drive system provides all the functionality one would find under the hood of an internal combustion engine powered school bus. The HybridPower system consists of an enhanced electric motor and the electronic controls that regulate the flow of electricity to and from the batteries at various voltages and power to propel the school bus.
In addition to the motor and controller, the system includes a gear reduction/differential unit, which ensures the desired propulsion and performance needs of the user. The system is designed to be installed in a “drop in,” fully integrated turnkey fashion, or on a modular, “as-needed” basis.
